ADAS Calibration Services

Precision ADAS Calibration for Northeast Ohio Repair Shops

Static and dynamic ADAS calibration to OEM specifications for forward cameras, radar, lane departure, blind spot monitoring, and all driver assistance systems.

What Is ADAS

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

ADAS refers to the network of cameras, radar sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and processors that power modern vehicle safety systems — forward collision warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and automatic emergency braking.
These systems require precise physical and electronic alignment to function correctly. Any event that disturbs the position of the vehicle’s sensors — even minor impacts, glass replacement, or suspension work — requires recalibration to OEM specifications.

When Is ADAS Calibration Required?

Calibration is not optional after any repair or event that changes sensor position, angle, or vehicle geometry. Many shops miss this requirement and expose themselves to liability and customer safety risks.

Events That Require Recalibration

Windshield replacement or glass work
Collision repair or front end damage
Bumper replacement or grille removal
Wheel alignment or suspension work
Camera or sensor replacement
Warning light active or DTC present
Steering angle reset required
Tire or wheel change
Module or ECU replacement
Headlamp or mirror replacement
Vehicle lowering or lift kit
Post reprogramming verification

Our Process

How Accurate Calibrations Handles ADAS Work

01

Pre-Scan and System Assessment

Full vehicle scan before any calibration work. All active DTCs, stored codes, and ADAS system status are documented, creating the baseline record and identifying pre-existing faults that could affect results.

02

OEM Procedure Selection

Every make and model has specific OEM procedures. Static calibration with targets, dynamic calibration on the road, or a combination. The correct procedure is selected and documented for that vehicle and system.

03

Calibration Execution

Using professional calibration equipment and OEM specification procedures, each sensor system is brought back to factory specification. Targets are positioned precisely and data is logged throughout the sequence.

04

Completion Scan and Documentation

Post calibration scan confirms all systems passed. A completion report is generated with before and after comparison, procedure used, equipment used, and pass or fail status, ready for insurance or the customer file.
