What a Diagnostic Call Looks Like
Intake and Symptoms
You describe the complaint, what has already been tested, and any parts replaced. That prevents repeating work you have already paid for.
Scan and Verify
Full system scan, live data, and freeze frame review. The reported fault is confirmed on the vehicle before any testing plan is built.
Pinpoint Testing
Circuit testing, voltage drop, and waveform analysis isolate the failure to a specific component, connector, or harness section.
Written Findings
You receive the tested cause, the evidence behind it, and the repair required, so the job can be quoted and completed in your own bay.
